Concern Line
A concern line is available to provide
people the opportunity to provide suggestions or concerns to the Agency. You do not need to leave your name and this
line is available 24 hours per day.
During office hours, just ask the receptionist to connect you to the
concern line. After hours just press 261 to reach
the concern line voice mail.
Please let us know what we can do to
make your jobs better. What can we do to
enhance the lives of the people that we support? Are there policies or rules that get in the
way of making dreams come true for folks, or can you share cost savings ideas
with us?
